The LG Apex fits an easy-to-use full QWERTY keyboard into a relatively compact design. The Android 2.1 device also offers full wireless options and has a budget-friendly price tag. The smartphone is sluggish. Battery life is a concern. Great keyboard and affordable price tag, but its high points do not include speed or battery life. U.S. Cellular has really ramped up its smartphone lineup this year, particularly in the Android department, with some great additions, such as the Samsung Mesmerize and HTC Desire.
