The HTC Tilt2 measures 4.5 by 2.3 by 0.7 inches and weighs a hefty 6.3 ounces. The 3.6-inch, glass, resistive, 480-by-800-pixel touch screen supports 65K colors. It looks as vibrant and sharp here as on the HTC Imagio and Touch Pro2. The Tilt gets its name from how you can slide out the keyboard and then tilt the screen upward at a 45-degree angle. The original Tilt’s QWERTY keyboard was already good, but here it has gained an extra row and a staggered key layout. Typing is supremely comfortable and responsive for a cell phone. You can’t type on it like a tiny laptop, but it’s handy for watching videos on a desk or surfing the Web.
